Proudly serving groups for over 60 years, Kewswick Camp offers the ideal location for you to experience the peaceful atmosphere you seek to relax, unwind, and reflect.
Lakeside views and recreation, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, conference facilities, group and church camps is what we are all about.
Specialising in large group bookings of 20 or more, we are well equipped to provide great accommodation and service for your group needs.
Nestled on a large 6 acres of grounds with ample room to play games of any sort, it truly is the perfect location for your next group event.
Facilities
With the ability to cater for any special requirements, our camp facilities are vast and cover nearly all of your needs.
- Six acre parkland, including shaded grass areas and open playing fields for sport activities
- 164 beds and 92 bunk beds, 36 additional mattresses are available upon request
- Fully-catered dining facilities
- Large conference room holding up to 400 people (including projectors, screens, sound system, microphones and stands)
- Smaller meeting rooms seating 30-60 people (upon request projectors, whiteboards, stands, flat screen TV, DVD and Blu-ray players available)
- Powered and non-powered campsites
- Laundry, including ironing facilities
- Photocopy services during office hours
Conference & Meeting Spaces
Enjoy our range of seminar and conference rooms with the largest having the capacity to cater for up to 400 people.
The Auditorium has individual seating, 2 screens on either side of the stage with 2 ceiling mounted projectors, and a Jansen sound system with 2 x cordless and up to 4 corded microphones and stands. Free WIFI is available for your convenience.
We also have other smaller meeting rooms available:
- Carpeted seminar room, seating around 60 people
- Large room in our Lodge, seating around 60 people
- Smaller meeting room, seating around 30 people
- In addition we can provide a projector, a whiteboard and stand, a large flat screen television in our seminar room, a video player and a dvd and blu-ray player.
Kitchenette
For those smaller groups who want to put together something special, self-catering is available.
Perfect for groups of up to 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen is available to those who just want to handle the cooking themselves.
Full Catered Dining
You can be sure to have a unique dining experience, with our on-site chefs. We have many years of experience when it comes to serving food for large groups, seating up to 300 people in one session.

The unique opportunity this provides you as camp leaders is that you will have much more time available to create lasting memories.
We are open to liaise with you in regards to a custom menu but we are also happy to provide you with a few pre-selected choices.
